Company Description:

According to the CDC's data on suicide risk, the occupational groups, the construction and extraction industries were found to have the highest rate of suicide in the United States. The goals of this partnership are to improve the mental health of construction workers through affective suicide prevention education, intervention and postvention strategies, to encourage, equip and empower mental health champions in the workplace.

The Arizona chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, resources, and support to individuals and families affected by suicide. With a mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide, the Arizona AFSP chapter offers a wide range of outreach opportunities, including community walks, survivor support resources, and educational programs for schools and workplaces.
